Delivery & returns

As briefly explained in the Services section MCC believe that they give a service second to none, we have a cut off time for couriers of approximately 6:30pm and should the need arise we will even take a late incoming order down to the couriers after this time ensuring our customer does not miss a sale (or MCC for that matter).

MCC also covers the carriage cost for a standard next day delivery excluding timed deliveries.

Once the despatch and receipt of this Caliper have been completed and the vehicle has been repaired and sent on its way, all that remains is the return of the old unit, this allows the whole remanufacturing cycle to begin again. MCC will undertake to make frequent visits to our customers using our modern and capable fleet of vehicles to collect all outstanding old core, a receipt is issued for all collections it makes, thus ensuring all surcharge credits, warranties and general returns are actioned as soon as possible. Credit notes are usually issued within a day or two of receipt of returns.

All products carry a 12 month no quibble warranty, in our experience the majority of warranties are found to have no remanufacturing or material defects but a credit is still issued with a thorough product report provided as standard.
